# Customers

### Manage customers from Dashboard

You can perform the following actions on the <mark style="color:purple;">**`Customers`**</mark>page:

* View all of your customers.
* Delete customers.
* Filter your customers.
* Export a list of customer data.
* View top 100 customers.（Sort customers by the total amount spent from high to low.)

The *"*<mark style="color:purple;">Payment method</mark>*"* on the *"*<mark style="color:purple;">`Customers`</mark>*"*&#x70;age shows the *oldest* payment method created by the customer if the customer has bound with multiple payment methods.

### View a customer’s profile <a href="#edit-a-customer" id="edit-a-customer"></a>

Go to the <mark style="color:purple;">`Customers`</mark>page->Select a customer to check his details from <mark style="color:purple;">`Customer details`</mark>page:

#### 1.Overview

You can check the cutomer's personal information from this section, including his name、e-mail and phone number. You can also intuitively and clearly view when this customer first bought your products, how much he spent in your online store in total, and how many disputes there were between you and him.

#### 2.Payments

Payments are collected from payment details associated with a customer, and a customer can have multiple ways to make a payment, including: credit card payments & alternative payment methods<mark style="color:blue;">`Coming soon`</mark>.

This section is to view the payment methods that the customer has bound to and the related information about these payment methods，including the expiration of their cards, their billing address, and etc.

#### 4.Related guest payments

Guest payments refer to the payments that lack the customerID.

MoneyCollect Dashboard groups all guest payments made using the same card, email or phone in a unified customer view to help you review all related purchasing behaviors of the customer.

There are 3 examples to explain：

1. Use of <mark style="color:green;">**the same card**</mark> leads the related guest payments to be grouped under <mark style="color:purple;">`Related guest payments`</mark>section of <mark style="color:purple;">`customer details`</mark>page<mark style="color:purple;">：</mark>
   * <alice@example.com> completed a checkout with card ending in 0002.->The payment will show up on <mark style="color:blue;">`Payments`</mark> section.
   * <bob@example.com> completed a <mark style="color:purple;">guest</mark> checkout with <mark style="color:green;">the same card</mark> ending in 0002.->The payment will show up on alice's  <mark style="color:purple;">`Related guest payments`</mark> section.
2. Use of <mark style="color:green;">**the same email**</mark> leads the related guest payments to be grouped under<mark style="color:purple;">`Related guest payments`</mark>section of <mark style="color:purple;">`customer details`</mark> page<mark style="color:purple;">：</mark>
   * <alice@example.com> completed a checkout with card ending in 0002.->The payment will show up on<mark style="color:blue;">`Payments`</mark>section.
   * <mark style="color:green;">The same email</mark> <alice@example.com> completed a <mark style="color:purple;">guest</mark> checkout with card ending in 1117.->The payment will show up on alice's <mark style="color:purple;">`Related guest payments`</mark> section.
3. Use of <mark style="color:green;">**the same phone number**</mark> leads the related guest payments to be grouped under <mark style="color:purple;">`Related guest payments`</mark> section of <mark style="color:purple;">`customer details`</mark> page<mark style="color:purple;">：</mark>
   * <alice@example.com> completed a checkout with card ending in 0002, and phone number \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*.->The payment will show up on <mark style="color:blue;">`Payments`</mark> section.
   * <bob@example.com> completed a <mark style="color:purple;">guest</mark> checkout with different card ending 1117, but <mark style="color:green;">the same phone number</mark>.->The payment will show up on alice's <mark style="color:purple;">`Related guest payments`</mark> section.

### Delete a customer <a href="#delete-a-customer" id="delete-a-customer"></a>

#### 1.**Delete from Customer page**

1. Go to the <mark style="color:purple;">`Customers`</mark>tab.
2. Find the customers you want to modify.
3. Select a customer/ multiple customers.
4. Click the <mark style="color:purple;">`Delete`</mark>  button.

**2.Delete from customer details**

1. Go to the <mark style="color:purple;">`Customers`</mark> tab.
2. Find the customer you want to modify.
3. Click the customer into his <mark style="color:purple;">`Customer details`</mark> page.
4. Click the<mark style="color:purple;">`Delete customer`</mark> button in the upper right corner of this page.

Currently，we don't support to create a customer or edit a customer‘s profile from MoneyCollect Dashborad.
