## 账号

您可以在账号详情中找到您的钱包ID，该ID是您的钱包的唯一编号。在通过电子邮箱或其它方式联系我们时，请务必提供您的钱包ID，以便我们迅速查找到与您的账户信息。

### 用户与权限管理

钱包支持多用户获取权限。您可以在“用户管理”页，通过登录邮箱邀请团队成员并管理权限。

## 安全与2FA

双因素认证（2FA）是一种增强的安全措施，它要求用户提供两种不同的验证因素以确认其身份。这种方法为传统的用户名和密码认证机制添加了一层额外的保护。

依据我们的安全策略，双因素认证（2FA）是必须执行的。每当您登录账户、执行转账操作或邀请新用户时，都需要进行双因素认证，确保所有操作均由授权的账户持有者进行。<br>

我们提供两种验证选项：短信和认证器应用。您只需激活其中一种方法进行安全验证。

您可以随时在这两种选项之间切换，以适应您的安全需求。
